Karas Kraki Ktor (a piece of fire) Syrah Alluvial red dry wine is made from Syrah grape variety grown in Armavir region. A strong wine with a bright fruitness at the same time and the best ageing potential.
Soil: Alluvial soil. Loam structure. Deep and young soil related to the natural river course. Rich in minerals and sediment with less presence of stones. It is full of minerals, and vines that grow on them produce wines rich in texture and flavour.

Vinification: Early Morning Hand harvest in 20 kg boxes. Manual selection table done twice. Micro vinification in 400kg bins, fermentation and maceration with controlled temperature for 22 days.
